This was a commission, to celebrate a new arrival. I managed to not measure it, but you can see that it's square, about a metre or so. The only up-cycled fabric here is the binding, but the rest was remnant bin finds - a fun owl print. Can't go wrong with owls. I was very pleased with how this turned out.
The binding fabric was picked out of my stash by the buyer, and she made a really good choice. It doesn't 'match' anything in the other fabrics and is not what I would have probably picked out for her. But in fact it is, I think, all the more successful for the contrast it brings. New things every day!
