Must confess, feeling very sheepish...have not bothered to blog for soooo long. And the year is almost out, so I have not made a very good fist of this blogging thing. Ho hum. Nobody reads it anyway.
But, I do have pics, of the blog/gold sweater on the owner, and they are too cute ( baby and sweater ) to not post.
BUT, and this really is bad, I have not been knitting. Not at all. Last thing I made was a doormat, which found a home with my Mother in law, who I believe truly appreciates it...I did start another for myself, but it languishes, admittedly often on the floor where it is destined after all, but still on the needles - which won't really work. That should be enough to clue you into the fact that I have been way too busy to do housework let alone knit ( although I know which I would usually choose first....as my Mum said, the housework will wait for you...).
Elder Son has been wondering about the possibility of a 'cheesey christmas jumper', which is a great idea, and would have been perfect had he suggested it last February....not a chance with only a few days to go. But if anyone has some good links or patterns then I would be very grateful....anyone? Anyone out there at all....?
