Mason & Dixon ROCK!

I am so impressed, those Mason and Dixon guys reply to comments on their blog. So generous. So exciting for me! A wonderful feeling that is rapidly followed by shame as the closest I have come to knitting for some long long time is reading knitting blogs! Anyway, this has partially been rectified by the beginning of new project. I loved the swallowtailed shawl Kay made - so achingly simple and beautiful. So I ordered the Folk Shawls book by Cheryl Oberle and have embarked on the Wool Peddlars shawl - in part because I need a simple project to get back into gear, and also I want to use up some of that hideous sickly yellow yarn that I have dyed ( now hideous sickly pink....more later ). So, as per usual, a promise to the emptiness that I will take pics and post....soon.....xxxx
