Dinky Twinkly Christmas Bauble

Here is my latest escapade in designing knitted things. I was so inspired by the gorgeous round baubles that I wondered if I could find a design for one of those elegant elongated baubles, always my favourite as a child. I found one, by Moth Heaven, but it is knit flat and I fancied doing it in the round. So, here it is.

This is 19cm/7 1/2" from top of loop to tip. I've stated the yarns I used in the pattern, but you can use anything really, just as long as you get a reasonably firm fabric.

As this is  my first attempt at selling a pattern, this is going for a very affordable £1.00. I also ask nicely that if you do make this, and decide you'd like to try selling the finished product, then go ahead, but please do be sure to credit the original pattern to me - share the love! I feel that hand-knitted items, even small ones, take precious time and energy and we all deserve to have our efforts rewarded!

When (if!) you buy, as soon as I get payment, and am available to do so (which is most days so there should be minimal delay), I will email the pattern direct to you.

Now I am going to try to figure out how to link this to Ravelry and my currently empty Folksy shop Waving Not Drowning.

I am going to work on other versions, with a wider choice of size and patterns, so watch this space...

Thank you, and Happy Christmas Knitting!
