Round things abound....

These are unbelievably cute. I love them. The little ones are about the size of a clementine, or a plum. The middle ones an apple, the biggest a grapefruit or large orange.

I started out knitting a two stitch i-cord loop for hanging. Some feeling that I really wanted them to be all knitted. But it's easier and quicker to crochet it, and it's a bit neater too.

I treated myself to some bamboo dpns, as the tiny cast on in the round was just too slippery on metal needles and I don't have any plastic ones of the right size. I love them; warm to hold, and just grippy enough to make a disappearing cast on easy to do, but slippy enough to make knitting a pleasure. An early dose of seasonal joy for me!
